Synthia is a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Mentor with a desire to empower survivors to break free from toxic cycles and become resilient AF. She is a survivor of narcissistic abuse. Specializing in recovery mentoring for men and women who’ve experienced ongoing abuse or domestic violence, Synthia believes that we are all resilient, and with lived experience she knows each person’s recovery journey is different and helps clients to create their own individual recovery toolbox. Synthia offers 1:1 mentoring, support groups, and texting passes to help you strengthen your resilience.
